1. Introduction and Prerequisites for Using the Service

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service define the rights and obligations you have as a user of SKARPT, as well as the rights and obligations that SKARPT has as the provider of the Service. To use the Service, you must accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the Terms, you should not register a user account or otherwise use the Service.

It is important that you confirm you have the right to share this information before completing the booking.


2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to protect your user account and its login credentials. This includes keeping your password and other sensitive information secure to prevent unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect that someone unauthorized has access to your account or can otherwise exploit the Service under your name, it is crucial that you immediately notify us at SKARPT via [email protected].

3. Price, Payment, and Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Pricing

The price for using SKARPT is clearly stated in our application and on our website www.skarpt.se. We reserve the right to adjust the price for the Service and will inform you of any price changes via the website, in the application, or by email. All price changes take effect 30 days after notification is sent. If you do not accept the new pricing, you have the option to terminate your use of the Service.


3.2 Payment Method

Payment for the Service is handled through a secure third-party payment system. By continuing to use the Service, you agree that we charge you according to your usage frequency, until you actively cancel your subscription.


3.3 Payment Issues

If payment cannot be processed through the payment system, we reserve the right to instead send an invoice for the charges that could not be collected.


4. SKARPT's Responsibilities

4.1 Service Delivery

SKARPT undertakes to provide the Service according to the terms stated here. Our primary goal is to ensure that the Service functions smoothly and meets your needs as a user.


4.2 Limitation of Liability for Errors or Lack of Availability

Our liability for any errors in or lack of availability of the Service is limited. This means that SKARPT cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising as a result of the Service being unavailable or displaying errors.

SKARPT is not responsible for errors or deficiencies caused by third parties, unless these are explicitly stated as our responsibility. Furthermore, SKARPT is not responsible for not being able to fulfill our commitments if you as a customer do not fulfill your obligations.

5. Force Majeure

5.1 Exemption from Liability

Each party (you as a user or SKARPT) shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill their obligations under these terms if such failure is due to circumstances beyond their control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of entering into this agreement ("Force Majeure"). These circumstances include, but are not limited to, communication interruptions, power outages, traffic problems, government actions, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, fire, floods, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, or other comparable and serious events affecting the contracting parties or their subcontractors.


5.2 Relief from Liability

Should any party due to Force Majeure be unable to fulfill their obligations under this agreement, this party is relieved from liability for damages and other consequences during the time the Force Majeure circumstance persists. The party affected by Force Majeure shall as soon as possible inform the other party about the situation. If the Force Majeure circumstance lasts longer than 14 days, each party has the right to immediately terminate this agreement.


6. Security

6.1 Security Measures

SKARPT takes security seriously and has implemented various measures to protect your information when you use our service. We value protecting the integrity and security of all our users' data.


6.2 Users' Commitment to Security

As a user, you are expected to contribute to security efforts by not taking actions that could jeopardize the security of our platform, the website www.skarpt.se, our mobile app, or other related systems. This means you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, spread malicious code, or otherwise manipulate our technical infrastructure.
